Nadi is the third-largest conurbation in Fiji. It is located on the western side of the main island of Viti Levu. Along with sugar cane production, tourism is a mainstay of the local economy with the Nadi region having Fiji’s highest concentration of hotels and motels.

Nadi International Airport, located 9 kilometers from Nadi, is the largest airport in Fiji. Thus, Nadi is the principal port of entry for air travelers to Fiji, even though it is on the opposite (western) side of the island of Viti Levu from the nation’s capital and largest city, Suva.

Denarau Island, 15 minutes away from Nadi International Airport and 7 - 10 minutes to Nadi town, is host to world-class resorts, restaurants and entertainment spots. Port Denarau has a shopping precinct with a variety of restaurants, a supermarket, bakery, hairdressers and tour operators is also part of the island’s popular attraction. The Port also houses the Denarau Marina which serves as the gateway to the outer islands. Nestled among the palm trees and sandy beaches, this little island is larger than life, offering everything you’ve dreamed of and more - Denarau knows how to make the most of your Fiji stay, whether on business or holidays.
